Suggested Recipe - Snow Fungus Lily Lotus Seed Syrup:

1️⃣ Rinse lily and lotus seeds into boiling water and soak for 2 hours

2️⃣ Soak snow fungus in cold water for more than 2 hours and cut into thin pieces

3️⃣ Cook the snow fungus, lily, and lotus seeds in one pot, boil the water and turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes, if necessary, add rock sugar

Quantity 1 = 150g ( four taels)

Quantity 2 = 300g ( eight taels)
