Ingredients for Cured Rice Claypot Rice:
1 sausage 1 piece of dried shrimp 20g
Rice 1 cup water 1.5 cups cabbage 2 stalks Peanut oil A little claypot rice A little soy sauce

1️⃣ Boil Chinese sausage and Chinese sausage in water for 2 minutes, remove excess fat, drain and cut into pieces.
2️⃣ Apply oil to the clay pot, add rice and water, and cook over high heat for 5 minutes
3️⃣Add Chinese sausage, intestines and dried shrimp and simmer for 10 minutes
4️⃣Add cabbage and cook rice

Pour the claypot rice with soy sauce over the rice noodles and it’s ready to eat!
