End of summer heat

End of summer heat

It turns out that Chushu means "going out of heat", which means leaving the heat🍂.

During the change of seasons, the human body will enter an adjustment stage. The body is prone to fatigue, sleepiness, lack of energy, and lack of concentration. The impact on the elderly👵🏻 and friends who do not have enough rest is more obvious.

Drinking a cup of dangshen, astragalus and red date tea can replenish qi, which is helpful for some people who are prone to fatigue and colds! Codonopsis pilosula can replenish qi, strengthen the spleen, and may cause sleepiness in the limbs, shortness of breath, and loss of appetite. Astragalus can nourish qi, raise yang, diuresis and reduce swelling, and enhance immunity; red dates can help protect the liver and nourish qi and blood.
