As we enter the Beginning of Autumn, the weather is still hot. Remember to drink more water to prevent heat stroke and eat more light food, especially those who have registered permanent residence and work.

Shrimp, Scallops and Winter Melon Soup
Material:
Winter melon: 250 grams
Shrimp: 20 grams
Yuanbei: 20g
Onion and ginger: appropriate amount
step:
1️⃣ Wash the winter melon and cut into pieces
2️⃣ Soak the shrimps and scallops in water in advance and keep the water after soaking.
3️⃣ Chop the ginger finely and sauté it in an oil pan until fragrant
4️⃣ Add the winter melon and stir-fry for about a minute. Add the water used to soak the scallops and shrimps. Add a little more water as needed until half of the winter melon is covered. Cover the pot and simmer the winter melon over high heat until half of the water is gone.
5️⃣ Pour in the scallops and shrimps and stir carefully to prevent the scallops from falling apart and ruining the shape.
6️⃣ Cover the pot and continue simmering until the water is almost gone.
