QuayMart 1968 provides Hong Kong and overseas delivery services. Delivery arrangements and charges vary from region to region. Please read the relevant delivery terms of your region carefully before confirming the order.
－Shipping Information－
Delivery will only be arranged after the order is confirmed and paid by QuayMart 1968. Limit one delivery address per order .
Hongkong
Shipping fee will be charged for consumption amount below HK$1,000, and the shipping fee is calculated by weight.
Free delivery service is available for the total purchase amount of HK$1,000 or above in a single order (only for "general area")
The scope of delivery includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and designated outlying island areas: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport; not applicable to the following outlying island areas: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O and areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.
Delivery service does not apply to delivery locations that cannot be reached by truck.
If there is no direct lift to the delivery address, the customer must pay the delivery surcharge in cash to the delivery driver.
Under normal circumstances, QuayMart 1968 needs 5 working days to process the order and arrange delivery. please wait with patience.
If you have not received the goods within 7 working days after the order is sent, you can check it through the Facebook page Inbox, and QuayMart 1968 will deal with it as soon as possible. Delivery time cannot be specified. Before delivery, the deliveryman will contact the recipient in advance to confirm the delivery time.
If the delivery information provided by the orderer is incomplete, resulting in inability to contact, or loss due to inability to receive the package, returns and refunds will not be accepted.
In case of any disputes regarding delivery and pickup, 1968 reserves the right of final decision.
Overseas
Shipping is calculated by weight
If you are in If you have not received the product within 14 working days after the order is sent , you can check it through the Facebook page Inbox, and 1968 will deal with it as soon as possible.
Epidemic prevention measures vary from place to place, please pay attention to local logistics measures. Since the delivery time of individual products depends on the destination weather, traffic reasons, public holidays and local customs/tariff policies, it is recommended to understand the import regulations of the designated delivery place before placing an order.
QuayMart 1968 cannot control such policies and delivery processes in various places, so QuayMart 1968 will not be responsible for any payments, document application procedures, delivery delays or returned items caused by these aspects. Although the delivery time cannot be guaranteed, QuayMart 1968 will process the order as soon as possible.
In order to ensure that the goods can be delivered to you smoothly, please be sure to clearly fill in the correct delivery location, recipient's name and phone number (do not provide post office boxes, parcel lockers and hotel/guesthouse addresses). If the delivery address is incorrect and the product is returned, QuayMart 1968 will not bear any consequences and will deduct the relevant shipping fee from the refund.
If you need to re-ship to the correct address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again.
－Delivery arrangements in bad weather－
If typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning signal is still hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory within two hours before the designated delivery time, your order will be canceled or delivered on another day. Depending on the actual rain in the delivery area, we will decide whether to suspend the delivery service to ensure the safety of our employees. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide the latest delivery information.
-cancel order-
When the payment is completed, the system will automatically send the information and confirmation, so it is not possible to cancel or change any confirmed order. We suggest that you can put your favorite items into the shopping cart or favorite list first, and then pay after confirming the order, so that you can enjoy the fun of shopping.
－Instructions for return and exchange of goods－
If the product or the quantity of the product you received does not match the order, you can contact QuayMart 1968 through the Facebook page Inbox within three days, and we will have someone to verify the order content. Please be sure to inspect the item after receiving it. If you find that the product is damaged or defective, please take a photo for proof. Once the product is unpacked, eaten, lost temperature, or poorly stored, the product will deteriorate, and the return application cannot be processed. If you need to return or exchange goods, please keep all product packaging, including original packaging, receipts and gifts. Relevant gifts must be returned when replacing the product. Special offers, redemption products and gifts do not accept replacement applications. Since the delivery service is delivered by a third-party courier company, there may be unavoidable and uncontrollable factors in the process that may cause the canned food to be dented, or the outer packaging of the product may be damaged. If a replacement is required due to slight damage to the concave tank or outer packaging, the company reserves the right of final decision. Due to the shooting relationship, the pictures on the webpage may have a slight color difference from the actual product. The pictures are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail. QuayMart 1968 does not accept return applications on the grounds of chromatic aberration. If there is no return application within 3 days after receiving the goods (including the day of receipt), the transaction is deemed to be completed, and QuayMart 1968 will no longer accept any application for replacement or refund, and QuayMart 1968 will not be responsible any legal liability. In case of any dispute, 1968 reserves the right to make the final decision without objection.
